
David Hamberlin
David Hamberlin has over 19 years of experience investigating collection systems across the country, and has provided field work, oversight or managed over 450 projects. David is experienced in all phases of collection system field evaluations including manhole inspections, flow monitoring, dye test confirmation, smoke testing, building inspections, cleaning of sewers, closed circuit television of both sewer mains and service laterals, cross bore investigation, GPS collection, data collection, public relations, field management, quality control and assurance, safety training and safety oversight. David has managed or field completed cleaning and CCTV on pipes in size from 3” to 240” on all types of collection systems and levees. As the Wastewater Operations Manager for Hydromax USA, David oversees more than 20 crews working on projects all over the country. David has been a NASSCO-certified trainer for PACP, MACP and LACP since 2012 and has taught classes for numerous municipalities, engineering firms and contractors through the years. David is also the Chair of the NASSCO Operations and Maintenance committee, an active member of the NASSCO Collections Systems committee and has been the inflow and infiltration/cleaning and CCTV expert for the WWETT show educational advisory board since 2017. Along with teaching NASSCO classes, David has also given multiple presentations at national and local conferences. David was also a 2018 recipient of the Kansas Water Environment Association Golden Manhole award.
