Miguel Freire

Miguel is a 25+ year veteran of the wastewater rehabilitation industry having started his career as a civil engineer and free-lance project designer of water and wastewater systems before progressing into the supply and supply chain side as hydraulic pipe and equipment supplier. Having gained invaluable experience in both the design and supply side, Miguel joined a multinational organization first as a Construction Manager, then as a Production Director specializing in project management of pipe infrastructure construction and rehabilitation in Central America and South America. During this time, Miguel consulted and managed the largest Pipe Rehabilitation projects in Central and South America, including the Award Winning intervention in nearly 100km of network sewage lines using Trenchless Technology in Ecuador. As a veteran with experience in every step of the rehabilitation process, from planning to supply to management through successful installation, Miguel’s dedication to serving Central and South American communities through wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation and his knowledge of the process is invaluable to a sustainable, community and environment first infrastructure future.
