Nate grew up in Bethlehem PA, and is a third generation plumber. He harbors a fervent dedication to enhancing the well-being of individuals, families, and organizations. With over 12 years of expanding leadership, having led as CEO of a flourishing multi-million dollar plumbing service company, Nate identified a gap in the industry and founded Plumbing CEO—a comprehensive technician training and consulting initiative aimed at developing proficient plumbing business owners and service technicians.     Nate's academic and professional credentials are extensive, including various degrees and certifications in Plumbing, Management, Marketing, Seminary, and Hague Training. He is deeply committed to ongoing education, focusing on the vital aspects of improving organizational health and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics in business operations.    For a decade, Nate was instrumental in founding and co-pastoring a church in the Lehigh Valley, gaining extensive experience in the organizational dynamics of non-profits and leading groups towards shared objectives. He has dedicated himself to supporting individuals and families in their quest for complete well-being—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Nate prioritizes a harmonious family-work life balance and is devoted to assisting others in finding deeper meaning and purpose in their lives.
